To excel as a Behavior Therapist at Rise Up for Autism in Aurora, IL, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with individuals with autism and their families. Patience, empathy, and an understanding of behavioral principles are essential for implementing successful intervention strategies. Must have:
