Joliet, IL Joliet, IL Part-time Part-time $20 - $21 an hour $20 - $21 an hour 16 hours ago 16 hours ago 16 hours ago The It & Data Information Specialist is responsible for implementing, monitoring, maintenance of IT system and all agency programs, The IT & Data Information Specialist will ensure it captures all necessary IT reports including network analysis, system administration, security and information assurance records, and IT audits.
Maintain working knowledge of various Databases and Recordkeeping Systems ensuring all agencies, policies, and procedures for all CCR&R programs are fully supported.
Essentials Job Duties 50%-IT Development, and Technical Knowledge:
Manage CCR&R website to ensure the site is regularly updated and accurate Provide all necessary updates to the Powerpoint slideshow that display in the CCAP reception area.
Manage audio/visual systems in all areas of the agency.
Troubleshoot interdepartmental hardware to mitigate escalations.
Troubleshoot and perform problematic testing of software, systems and networks to prevent faulty performance of equipment.
Troubleshoot internet connections for mobile and desktop devices and seek best outcomes and possible solutions to technology performance issues (i.
e.
laptops, printers, faxes, etc).
Create and maintain inventory system and protocols for documenting all equipment usage of devices and technology with staff distribution and storage area.
Set-up and maintain adequate records of onboarding new hires and properly terminating exiting employees within agency operating systems.
Provide technical support to all staff navigating through software programs and best practice training for quality usage intiatives.
Recommend software to provide increased efficiencies and cohesive IT programming Assist employees to obtain username and password retrieval with proper security measures Timely acknowledge, maintain, and complete submitted work tickets and inquiries records.
This list represents the essential, but not the exhaustive list of tasks performed by this positions25 25%-Data Analytics, and Technical Knowledge Generate accurate and timely reports from all agency databases and data systems in accordance with CCR&R and its programs (IDHS, EHS, etc).
Mission, Performance Standards and Policies and Procedures.
Create and maintain internal tracking systems to accurately capture data on all program to adequate provide statistical reports on CCR&R programs and service within the agency.
Develop program evaluations and grant impact report tools to ensure compliance, impact growth, and awareness in coordination with the Training Coordinator.
Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly data reports to the Executive Director from all programs with outcomes that assist the agency's growth and fund development.
Provide quarterly and yearly data report of parent/guardian demand and provider supply; childcare needs within SDA-5; and CCAP capacity, utilizing internal and external data sources Utilize all available source i.
e, US census, IECAM) to identify and assess childcare needs within SDA-5.
Participate as agency liaison whle attending CCR&R fundraisers and advocacy events.

20%- Effective Relationship Work collaboratively with EMPIST.
CBIZ,Portal, IT vendors, all agency departments, and consultants to ensure quality services are provided to all staff, clients and organizations.
Provide agency data reports from each program to Executive Director for the Annual Report.
Maintain required jobs skills and core professional competencies by attending professional development courses, meetings, conferences, and trainings, minimum 15 hours annually.
Must be Gateways to Opportunity Registry member (within 5 days of employment) Directly assist with agency growth and forward movement of all funding opportunities.

Ability to organize, analyze and interpret data and have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Ability to effectively communicate with all agency management and contracted consultants regarding requireddata driven reports.
Strong/Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills to effectively present information including writing and editing reports and other materials and to respond to request for guidance and/or clarification.
High-level communication, networking, and good project management skills.
Maybe required to carry, lift, or move equipment, materials, or supplies weighing up to 40lbs.
May be required to travel locally and attend occasional evening and weekend meetings.
Must have reliable transportation and provide proof of a valid state driver's license and car insurance.
Requirments and Preferred Qualifications Required:
Bachelors Dergree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Information Technology or related area of profession.
Required:
Five years of demonstrated work experience in data analysis.
IT programming and troubleshooting, software implementation and integration, Microsoft Office Suite with preference Excel Pivot Tables.
Preferred:
Experience in Education, Early Childhood Education, or Family Consumer Science is a plus.
