IT M365 Administrator - Remote

The IT M365 Administrator is responsible for effective technical support for Surgery Partners' customers, both internal and external, projects, documentation, incident management, etc.
.
The individual provides in-depth assessment, triage, research, and resolution of complex incidents and requests regarding application software products and/or infrastructure components via collecting information through a customer conversation, accessing company support tools, and additional support staff as needed.
Project efforts include, but not limited to, acquisition and divestiture related collaboration tool migrations, new facility build out, security enhancements, and other as requested by leadership.
As well as working with leadership for improving any team Process and Procedures.
Essential Functions:
Supports Collaboration tools end to end.
Such as Exchange 2016 Exchange Online Azure AD AzureAD Connect sync Active Directory Teams Sharepoint Online Microsoft Office Applications Any others not listed Performs Migrations to Surgery Partners platform from any source system.
Logs all requests within Surgery Partners' ticketing system.
Follows up with other support staff involved in the resolution to ensure incidents are resolved, requests fulfilled, and the customer communication is complete.
Creates a positive customer support experience and builds strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress, and handling customers with a consummately professional attitude.
Analyzes and resolves incidents and requests regarding use of application software or hardware.
Documents resolutions and updates appropriate self-help, FAQ, and knowledge bases.
Provides after hours and on-call support as needed.
Works with leadership to improve process and procedures and other functions Handles escalations relating to customer services, or minor technical issues.
Other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate (2-year) degree, or comparable experience.
Healthcare technology experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong initiative and ability to work in a team environment.
