Job Description:
As a Territory Manager, you will drive business growth by developing new business opportunities, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction through unmatched industry service.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our equipment rental branch.
Responsibilities:
Serve as an expert and advocate for our brand Develop and implement strategies to attain new clients and grow revenue.
Build long-lasting relationships with our customers Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Monitor market trends and competition to identify business opportunities.
Manage all aspects of the branch, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
Maintain and update equipment inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Train and motivate branch staff to provide exceptional customer service.
Work collaboratively with other branches during peak periods.
Requirements:
At least three years of proven outside sales experience.
Experience in equipment rental management preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of industrial equipment industry trends and best practices.
Ability to analyze operational KPIs to make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with safety regulations related to equipment and delivery.
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.
