We're on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Help Desk / Office Support Agent to join our growing team! This is a full-time job that requires physical presence at our location in Joliet, IL.
Hours of operation:
Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:
30 pm.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Respond promptly to user inquiries, offering guidance and solutions with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
Serve as a liaison between clients, sales staff and technical support staff as needed.
General office support as assigned or requested.
Qualification Requirements:
Strong Computer Skills are a must.
Previous Office Experience Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills Exhibit a strong desire for customer focus and satisfaction.
Sound friendly on the phone and have excellent customer service skills.
You must have high energy and be straightforward and detail oriented.
Have the ability to successfully interact daily with many different personalities.
Basic understanding of technical concepts and a willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Service or Dispatch office experience Excellent problem resolution skills and ability to follow through Entry-level technical skills or certifications.
