The
Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer inquiries from guests about the local area Follow cash handling policies Obtain all necessary information when taking reservations Be able to perform and complete all tasks in shift check list Handle check-ins and check outs in a friendly and efficient manner Balance and prepare paperwork for closing individual shift Maintain and promote guest programs Maintain a clean work area Problem solving - be able to anticipate, prevent, identify and solve Respond to and anticipate guests needs Have knowledge of emergency procedures and assist as needed Qualifications Experience in a hotel preferred but not required High School diploma or equivalent required Computer experience required Customer service experience preferred Must be able to effectively communicate with guest and coworkers in a courtesy manner Must be able to multi-task and prioritize functions to be completed Maintain regular attendance Job Types:
