Director of Engineering Automation - High Speed Manufacturing
Our client is a very well known, financially healthy manufacturer with US HQ located near Joliet Illinois.
Due to the growth of their operations, they are creating a new position of Director of Engineering Automation (Manufacturing) which reports to the VP of Engineering.
This role will be based out of their corporate HQ and will lead their projects nationally.
A very strong compensation plan is expected to pay somewhere between $220K and $270K annually, in addition to other incentives and a fantastic suite of benefits (exceptional vacation plan, relocation assistance, and many other perks)The Director of Engineering Automation willpersonally lead a team of Managers in the design and execution of major capital projects nationwide.
