Responsibilities:
The IT Support Associate is responsible for day-to-day support of all company end-users.
The ideal candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment that encompasses the full range of Information Technology functions.
The IT Support Associate must have a general knowledge of networking, firewalls, phone system, and remote support.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday.
Essential job functions include:
Solving Computer hardware/software problemsConfigure desktop hardware and softwareProvide network and remote connectivity hardware/software supportAssist other Information Technology staff with hardware/software issuesProvide technical support to local & remote usersMonitor phone and help desk emailUsing remote control software to resolve desktop issuesAssists or prepares correspondence as requested.
Qualifications:
Background in and exposure to PC maintenance/repair and application supportProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite requiredGeneral Network troubleshootingAbility to work with a diverse group of peopleStrong verbal and written communicationStrong problem solving and relationship management skillsBachelor's Degree in related field is a plus, but not required While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is regularly required to type, file or lift office supplies up to 20 lbs.
