The company serves a diverse client base of multi-family developers, big box retailers, Municipal agencies, and institutional clients on a nationwide platform.
The essential duties of this position include:
Engaging with all financial activities and supporting the CFO Supporting and engaging with project managers along with preparing and reviewing Certified Payroll.
A highly qualified candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with high levels of detail Computer skills:
proficiency utilizing Word, Excel, and Outlook Able to make effective and intelligent decisions in a fast pace environment Able to organize, plan & manage multiple activities concurrently Must understand the difference between activity and results A degree in accounting is a plus.
However, it is not required with experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
