Leading the facility maintenance department;
Ensuring that all manufacturing machines, tools, and equipment are properly installed, maintained and repaired;
Ensuring full equipment life by directing hourly maintenance staff to meet plant objectives in safety, quality, cost and customer service;
Leading the preventive and predictive maintenance programs;
Ensuring maintenance department continuous improvement in keeping with corporate vision;
Assisting with troubleshooting and problem solving to limit downtime;
Managing the buildings and grounds maintenance;
Ensuring compliance in the areas of budget, safety, GMPs, environment, inspections, certifications etc.;
Driving employee development, training and engagement for quality, safety and productivity;
Planning engineering projects.


EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; Engineering, Industrial Management or other technical disciplines preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
5
years of Supervisory and Management experience in a process improvement focused manufacturing environment;
Lean Manufacturing experience;
Implementing TMP and/or Lean initiatives, TPM, OEE, 5S, Center lining;
Implementing predictive and preventive maintenance programs;
Food industry knowledge, extrusion experience, technical knowledge of packaging and CMMS environment is desired;
Mechanical and electrical skills;
Strong interpersonal, communication, relationship building and computer skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
