o Greet all customers in a friendly and attentive manner. Smiling is an expectation!
o Interact with customers in a pleasant, courteous, and up-beat fashion.
o Accurately ring on registers and accurately maintain all cash and media at the registers
o Promptly and accurately receive payment and make change
o Take action to move customers through check-out in a fast and courteous fashion
o Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable, and above all - honest
o Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
o Maintain a high level of personal hygiene
o Follow food safety procedures according to company policies and health/sanitation regulations
o Maintain a safe working condition through vigilance and reporting
o Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
o Promote a drug free, alcohol free atmosphere
o Follow the direction of the Shift Supervisor and/or Restaurant Manager
The ideal Wendy's Cashier will maintain a professional appearance and project a sincere and friendly demeanor in support of our guests and fellow team members.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
