Office Support position - Two openings
A well-established transportation company located in the South Suburbs is seeking 2 full-time employees for their Office Support staff in the warehouse area. These positions are long term contract-perm opportunities. It's a very fast-paced environment providing customer support, freight forwarding, shipping, and entering inventory reports into the Microsoft Access program. Must be flexible and able to respond promptly to inquiries while evaluating inventory on the floor. Outgoing and engaging personality is required.
Requirements:
Previous experience with inventory, warehousing, and/or trucking is preferred. Must be detail-oriented, professional, organized, and be able to multitask. Microsoft Access is a plus.
The company is located south of Joliet, so reliable transportation is a must. Pay rate starts at $12/hour.
Hours: 7:00am - 3:30 PM and 8:30AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
