We are a US based Pharmaceutical Company seeking to hire Pharmaceutical Specialty Sales Consultant for our expanded territory in Joliet, IL, Columbus, OH and San Jose, CA.
Requirements needed for our Pharmaceutical Specialty Sales Consultants roles:
1. Must have Three to Five years Pharmaceutical Sales experience (including Specialty Products).
2. A Degree (preferably in Chemistry)
3. Solid work history
4. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving records
5. DEA background clearance and acceptable drug screen.
Role of Pharmaceutical Specialty Sales Consultants
1. Demonstrated ability to promote and sell pharmaceutical products and services.
2. Possess effective interpersonal skills and excellent communication (written and oral).
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
4. Time Management
5. inventory of company samples and displays (lifting of 50 - 70 lbs).
6. Adhere to all company policies as outlined by the Company Policy Manual.
7. Attend and participate in all training and development classes, as well as designated company meetings.
8. Distribute samples to only licensed practitioners and follow all sample regulations.
9. Check Company provided voicemail and synchronization of PDA on a daily basis.
10 Maintain accurate and time company records and applicable reports which may include (a) call reports (b) inventory (c) expense reports (d) personal digital assistant - PDA entries (e) vacation and sick time.
11. Detail select products to designated health care professionals as defined by the company.
12. Create and execute an effective route and call plan.
13. Utilize reporting tools provided to achieve territorial goals and objectives.
14. Use samples and promotional materials for maximum impact.
